Let out your inner Aggie
Tractor Tug for Tots is a fundraiser held every year by the Ontario Agriculture College. It is on November 16th this year. It will only take 10 minutes of your time and all proceeds go to Trillium (Childhood Cancer Support Centre). Sign up will be taking place at the engsoc office.

Have old Textbooks?
Donate any of your old textbooks to students in need. Half of the textbooks collected will be sent to students in Africa and the other half to students in need in North America. Please drop off textbooks at the engsoc office in the labelled bin.
Want to voice your opinions and give feedback to the director of engineering? Come on out to Town Hall on November 15th, from 4:30-5:30 pm. There will be free pizza.
ENGINEERING SOCCER TOURNAMENT
Ever wanted to cross up Dr. Clemmer? Think you dribble better than your systems TA? How about scorching one past the Director of Engineering himself for a goal? Here’s your chance! Sign up as a team or as an individual. Also there will be PIZZA after for all who come out!
Tickets are $5 for undergrad students and $10 for faculty and on sale at the engsoc office.
The tournament date is Nov 19 from 5-8PM in the Fieldhouse (yes it’s indoors!). See you there!

Did midterms hurt?
Come on out on November 16th for help and advice on how to recover from midterms and prep for finals. This is also an O-Week wrap up session! More details of where it will be held coming soon!
CHEERS AND GEARS
Yes that’s right, this year Cheers and Gears is putting on Grease, the engineering version of the musical. Auditions for the cast will be on November 16th (location to be announced, but in THRN) between 6-9pm. Audition slots are 10 minutes and will have a singing and script reading portion (music track and script will be given to you in advance). Auditions/sign up/info meeting for the extras will be on November 18th at 9pm.

WiSE TALKS ABOUT EIT, P.ENG DESIGNATION WITH PEO REP

WiSE will be hosting a representative from PEO who will talk about the process required for EIT, P.Eng designations and much more! This event is essential for all years to attend! (First years, it’s good to get a head start!!)
