Due to technical difficulties, EngSoc election voting will have to be redone at a later date. Election dates will be announced when the information becomes available. No new nominees will be accepted and no campaigning is permitted.
CORN ROAST TICKETS ON SALE
Its the best time of the year… CORN ROAST SEASON! Come out for a night of corn, burgers, and beer! Transportation to and from the event is provided, and tickets are all inclusive! Tickets will be on sale at the ENGSOC office!
Busses leave mountain underpass between 3:30 and 5:30 on Saturday, September 29th! Get there early!

ESSCO SOCCER TOURNAMENT
The ESSCO Soccer Tournament will be held from September 29-30th In Oakville Ontario.
Teams will consist of 11 players and we are allowed to send a maximum of two teams.
The tournament will be a typical 11v11 soccer tournament.

The Engineering Society is running its annual Teeter-Totter-a-Thon for Marianne’s Place (Guelph Centre for Women in Crisis)! We will be running a teeter-totter for 24 hours straight! It will be held from 12:00pm Tuesday October 2nd till 12:00pm Wednesday October 3rd in Branion Plaza. Please stop by to show your support for the cause and take a turn on the giant Teeter-Totter. We will be accepting donations all day to support Marianne’s Place!
ENGINEERS FOR A SUSTAINABLE WORLD (ESW)
ESW is a national organization, whose mission is to empower people to tackle sustainability challenges. It is a hands-on club, and some initiatives/projects we have in mind are a sustainability awareness campaign and an aquaponics system. However, we are always open to new project ideas that you guys may have!
Our first General Meeting is being held this Tuesday @ 5:30 in Thornborough 1006.
